As a weight-loss retreat, we’ll be focusing on educating you on how to lose weight and keep it off. You’ll also have full body measurements and fitness assessments which will be used to track your progress, throughout the week.
Lots of exercise means sore muscles, which is why you’ll also have the opportunity to have a session with our expertly trained massage therapist, helping you to relax and recover.
