There’s also a focus on education; with sessions on mobility, flexibility and technique, to ensure you return home with the knowledge to continue improving your fitness safely and without injury. You’ll also have the opportunity to have a session with our expertly trained physiotherapist to help relax your sore muscles.
With 5 delicious meals a day, designed and cooked by our Michelin trained chef specifically to refuel you, help you build muscle and keep your energy levels high, you’ll come away feeling healthy and energised.
