– Do I need insurance?
For guests travelling from overseas, we highly recommend you take out travel insurance with comprehensive personal accident and cancellation insurance, in case of injury or inability to complete the duration of your stay. For UK residents, we advise taking out personal accident and cancellation insurance. Bookings are not transferable but are refundable in certain circumstances, subject to our terms & conditions. – I have food allergies/intolerances/am vegetarian/vegan can you cater for me?
We cater for all food allergies/requirements. Just let us know your requirements when you book. Please note however, we do not cater for food dislikes!
– Can I still train with Zest24 if I have a disability?
Absolutely! Please inform us when you book and we will be happy to discuss any additional support you may need.
– Can I still train if I am pregnant?
Unfortunately our bootcamp is not suitable for pregnant women, but we’d love to have you join us once you’ve had your baby and your doctor has given you the all clear to exercise.
– How big will my training group be?
Our retreats are very exclusive, you’ll be with a maximum of 22 people on your bootcamp.
– Can I still train if I have a medical condition?
We ask that all guests consult their doctor before starting any exercise. If you have a medical condition please seek medical advice first.
– What results can I expect?
Everyone’s body is different so the results you can expect will depend on how hard you work, your current fitness level etc… however, you can expect to lose some weight (on average between 3-10lbs), improve your fitness levels and learn how to properly fuel your body for on-going fat-loss and fitness, once you return home. (You’ll also gain a few new friends along the way and leave with a boost in your motivation!).

– What will I be eating?

– Can I have my own room?
Yes! We offer a variety of accommodation, all ensuite, including private doubles.
– I’m new to fitness- will the workouts be suitable for me?
Absolutely. We cater to all fitness needs. Our expert trainers will give you exercises that are suitable for your needs and fitness levels, whatever they may be.
– I want to come with a friend/group, is this possible?
Yes, please let us know when you make your booking so that we can make accommodation arrangements for your group.
– I’m coming on my own. Will I be ok?
The majority of our bootcamp clients come alone. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and build new friendships.
– Do you offer massages?
Yes. Our experienced physiotherapist and masseuse will be available for massages during the week. This must be requested in advance when making your bootcamp booking.
– Are towels provided?
We do provide towels, but we recommend you bring a spare anyway. Washing facilities are available.
– Can I do my laundry while I’m there?
Yes, there are washing machines in all of our lodge accommodation kitchens. They are free of charge to use.
– Will there be free time?
Yes there will be gaps in the day for free time. You will obviously have more free time in the evening to relax and unwind, watch tv or play pool with our other guests. Check out a typical day here.
– Will there be wifi/phone signal?
Yes. We have excellent wifi and phone signal at our venue.
– What happens if I injure myself during the bootcamp?
All guests must disclose any injuries during booking and to the coaches at the start of the week. If you do happen to injure yourself during the week, please notify your coach immediately to prevent further injury.
– What if I am too injured to continue training?
If you require medical assistance and are advised not to continue exercise, you are still welcome to stay and enjoy the meals, guest speakers etc. However, we do not offer partial refunds so we highly recommend you take out travel insurance with comprehensive personal accident and cancellation insurance, in case of injury or inability to complete the duration of your stay. Bookings are not transferable.

– I already have a good level of fitness. Will the workouts be tough enough for me?
Yes. Our expert coaches cater to all levels of fitness and will ensure you are pushed hard enough.
– If I need to cancel, do I get a refund?

– What happens if it rains?
You keep going! We are very fortunate to have a great indoor space that we will use if the weather is very bad however, if we are out on a hike and it starts raining, there’s not much we can do so you might get a little wet. Make sure you pack a waterproof just incase!
– What if I don’t like the food?
We cater for all dietary requirements however, we don’t cater to fussy eaters. We promise that you’ll love it though as our Chef makes the most delicious food.
– When do we eat?
We provide you with 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. The meals are generally served at: breakfast 08:30, lunch 13:00 & dinner 19:00. Some of these times may vary slightly depending on our daily activities.
– What should I pack?
– Do I have to attend all the training sessions?
Training sessions aren’t compulsory however, to get the most out of your experience, we recommend you stick to the program as well as you can. Remember, you’re only with us for a week so you’ll get the best results by attending all the sessions. Let the coaches know if you’re struggling and they’ll moderate the exercises to ensure you get through the workout.
– What time is check in/out?
Please arrive between 11.30am – 12:30pm where we will be meeting in the banqueting room for an informal meet and greet. This is where you will meet your fellow guests (who will no doubt become friends by the end of the week), discuss your goals and have your body measurements taken so we have a way of measuring your progress. At 16:00pm you’ll be shown to your rooms and have some time to unpack and unwind before dinner and evening entertainment.
– What happens on the last day?
On the last day of bootcamp we will wake up as normal, have our final workout and weigh in before enjoying a delicious breakfast and sharing our group success stories of the week. After breakfast, you’ll have time to pack before saying your final goodbyes at 10am.
– Is there parking?
Yes there’s lots of parking available right outside your accomodation.
– Which is the right camp for me?
This depends on whether your primary goal is to lose weight or improve your fitness and build muscle. Of course, you’ll improve your fitness and lose weight on all camps however, if your main focus is to improve your fitness and build muscle (for everyday life or a specific sporting event), then you would chose one of our fitness bootcamps as opposed to one of our weight-loss bootcamps. If your goal is to to lose weight, develop healthier habits and educate yourself on nutrition, then you should opt for our weight-loss camp.
– Are phones allowed?
Phones are allowed however, selfies and email checking should be done at the end of sessions, not during. If you’re caught wasting time on your phone during sessions, be prepared for some fitness-based punishments (BURPEES).
– Can I get there by public transport?
Yes. Church Stretton train station is just 10 mins away by car. The closest airports are Wolverhampton, Cosford and Birmingham airport.
– How far is the location from London?
Our Eaton Manor location in Shropshire is approximately 2.5 – 3.5hrs drive from London. Whilst our Seckford Hall location in Suffolk is closer and only 1.5 – 2hrs.
– I am over 60, can I still come?
Absolutely, there’s no upper age limit. Just make sure you’ve got permission from your doctor beforehand.
– I am under 18, can I still come?
Unfortunately we have a minimum age of 18 on all our bootcamps.
– Can I arrive late/leave early?
All guests need to arrive between 11.30am & 12.30pm on the first day of bootcamp in order for us to take your measurements, sign a few forms and be shown to your room.
If you have to leave the bootcamp early, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take your final body measurements but we’ll do our best, however, we cannot refund you any money.
– How many hours a day will I be working out?
You will be working out for approximately 4-5 hours a day (don’t worry, all exercise is catered to each individual so we’ll only give you what you’re capable of) and all exercise sessions are different levels of intensity. This might seem like a lot but your coaches will make sure you’re enjoying yourself and will help and encourage you through any difficult exercises.
